Starting immediately, we are looking for a Head of Fundraising and Project Management to establish and strengthen this area within our organization.
The position is 40 hours per week (part-time at a minimum of 70% possible) and is initially limited until 31.12.2025, with the possibility of extension.
Location: Berlin or remote
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the funding of the organization’s work
- Project design and grant applications
- Monitoring the funding landscape
- Budget planning and controlling
- Ensuring project documentation and financial reporting
- Representing the organization in relevant committees and networks
- Expanding the cooperation network
- Managing strategic partnerships
Your Profile:
- A degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification/experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or fundraising
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
- Good to very good English skills
- Good Russian skills
- Quick comprehension
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Independent working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage
